With over 20 years in sales, Lance has worked in retail on the sales floor and now focuses on B2B sales where he builds relationships with some of the biggest ecommerce businesses in the US, Canada, and Europe. For Lance, sales is all about seeing needs and offering up the right solutions. As a result, he focuses on building people around him so that they can confidently solve problems.
