Natalie Gochnour is an associate dean in the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business and director of the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute. She also serves as chief economist for the Salt Lake Chamber.

Gochnour served as an adviser to Utah governors Norm Bangerter, Mike Leavitt and Olene Walker. She also served as an associate administrator at the Environmental Protection Agency and as a counselor to the Secretary of Health and Human Services under the George W. Bush administration.

Gochnour authors regular columns in Utah Business magazine and the Deseret News and co-hosts the weekly radio program Both Sides of the Aisle on KCPW.
