Mindi Cox works to connect people with a purpose. She believes an organization’s business potential is intimately tied to its sense of humanity. Cox’s goal is to help cultivate workplace cultures where people feel connected to a higher purpose and the impact of their work.

She serves as O.C. Tanner’s senior vice president of people and great work. Cox has nearly 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and as a human resource executive focused on practices that contribute to strengthening company culture.

Recently, she was named 2018 Human Resource Executive of the Year by the Stevie® Award for Great Employers and recognized as Human Resource Executive of the Year by Utah Business magazine.

Cox holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and an M.B.A. from the University of Utah. She is the proud mom to three busy sons and is grateful for the perspective her tribe gives her on work, life, wellbeing and whole-life awareness in the workplace.
